We prepare, submit and obtain statutory planning approvals from the relevant authorities on behalf of our esteemed clients on subdivision and amalgamation schemes, change of use, extension of use, and extension of leases. We also assess, advise and handle building plan applications on behalf of our esteemed clients.
IPPM provide physical and land use planning services on projects ranging from individual sites to entire regions. We prepare site plans, part development plans and local physical and land use development plans, among others, and offer plans implementation support. We also prepare policy/guidelines and offer land use advisory services.
IPPM, on behalf our esteemed clients, can manage the design, procurement and construction activities to, including coordinating all project team members’ deliverables and keeps in mind the end goal, ensure that projects are successfully delivered on time, to the specified quality and within budget.
